Macaron...

So here they are,
vanilla shells with raspberry filling
and red shells with the same filing...oh so lovely!

I used dried raspberry powder in the filling which is butter cream and icing sugar.  The powder has no additives and the colour is so lovely- the taste... hmm just right!

  1. Oh, my mouth is watering I must make some more. They look fantastic and I love the dried fruit powders for flavouring. You are on a roll now with the macarons.
